Seed Setup

Diamond Growing
Inside our state-of-the-art plasma reactors, ultra-pure carbon gases are activated under extreme thermal conditions (800°C–1200°C). Atom by atom, the diamond lattice is forged in a highly controlled environment, matching the precise structural integrity of natural stones.
Final Polished Wafer
Upon completion of the growth process, the diamond wafer represents the pinnacle of precision engineering and advanced material science. Carefully refined and polished to achieve exceptional surface quality, these wafers exhibit remarkable purity, structural consistency, and optical performance.
